Hello….I am Lori Dougherty the Passion Queen and I started on my journey of self-improvement, health, and fitness about 10 years ago. I found myself trying new products, healthy foods, goal setting, journaling, organic products, book after book of self-help and many different supplements and holistic remedies.
Along my journey I found that I have a true passion for helping others become the best version they will be. I have a story to share, products I love and an empire to continue to build, so I can inspire others. Everyone has a passion, a dream, a fire inside that takes time, consistency, hard work and a strong belief in yourself to achieve. I believe with a healthy mindset, positive self-talk and a strong support system you can become the version of yourself that you aspire to be.
