- Putting the needs of others first when they are toxic is a disservice to myself
- Taking time to self improve and show up everyday is important
- Disconnecting from toxic behavior and habits takes work but worth it
- Saying YES to the unknown and things that scare me will help me grow
- God’s timing is perfect timing- just have faith
- When I value my worth- I will find my people and the respect I deserve
- What I feel as disappointment from others is usually my own disappointment. Look inside myself and realize most people aren’t as hard on me as I am on myself.
- I don’t need acceptance or self validation from others to show up everyday for myself.
I have changed and continue to improve every day! I show up for myself….. I do not concern myself with others’ opinions of me. It does not determine my next move-only I determine that and God!! I am not scared of change or growth, learning is FUN, and being alone is never lonely when you LOVE the person looking back at you in the mirror!!
Always continue to learn, love, grow, change and have FAITH!!
