HOw to Stay Healthy
🔹️Start the 1st hour of your morning with no social media or email. Set your intention for the day to be the best version you will be!! Meditate, Gratitude, Affirmations, Journaling and 20 min Yoga Flow with the lovely @kinoyoga
🔹️Healthy breakfast: lemon and green tea, good source of protein, carbs and fats. My go-to is 2 eggs, toast(PB) and fruit. Of course my quick shot of apple cider vinegar🥴
